Both 1:1 sessions and group workshops hold immense transformational power. In an individual session, we have a quiet, intimate space to map out your inner landscape. Yet, when we step into a group space, something truly magical—and profoundly systemic—takes place.
If you have ever felt drawn to a group workshop but hesitated to sign up, you are not alone. Almost everyone arrives with a slight feeling of worry, reservation, or even terror at the thought of being vulnerable in front of strangers.
Here is why taking that step changes everything:
- Multiple Constellations in One: In a group of let’s say ten people, ten constellations happen simultaneously. Even if you are simply sitting in the outer circle, your inner system is quietly working, reorganising, and releasing layers of unprocessed grief or fear.
- Shared Emotion: When you witness someone else’s constellation, their tears, or their breakthrough, something inside you shifts too. Experiencing another person’s emotion allows you to move through your own pain—it becomes less personal, less heavy, and easier to digest.
- Total Freedom & Safety: A group workshop is a safe container with zero pressure. You do not have to have your own personal constellation done, nor do you have to share anything you aren’t ready to share. You move at your exact own pace.
- The Courage to Receive: Attending an in-person workshop requires courage because it asks us to receive support. In systemic work, our capacity to receive is deeply tied to our primary relationship with our mother. That resistance or fear you feel before signing up isn’t a barrier—it is actually the very first step of your healing.
By signing up, you take a courageous step toward seeing things differently. Once you see a systemic dynamic clearly, you cannot unsee it. Facing the truth always brings profound relief in the long run—and life rewards us for it.
If you feel that quiet tug toward a group space, I invite you to join us for our upcoming in-person workshop in Central London:
👉 Join us on the 6th of September in Central London
Whether you come to work on a personal topic, sit in the outer field, or hold space for others, your presence is deeply meaningful.
Warmly,
